Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Personalized or custom items cannot be returned

Refunds

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. You can choose to receive:

  • Store credit for future purchases
  • Exchange for another product
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
